Using evidence base the aim is to support the nowledge and skills of aspiring and current leaders in the care of an individual with a diagnosis of dementia in various settings.
Training
Two programs that can be facilitated on-line* or face to face.
*Suggestion is that online is a cohort of up to 6 staff with access to materials and a live feed from the training hub.

Following the evidence based program from the University of Worcester an intensive course that provides cntext to being a coach and trainer.
