Dementia MOT

An audit over 6 hours, including the use of evidence-based observational tools. Pre-meeting with L&D as well as registerd managers and staff on the day.

Planned: August and September 2026 I will be carrying out Dementia MOT/TNA for three care homes in Kent.

Observed audit to include:

  • Identity and Life Story
  • Emotional Wellbeing
  • Communication
  • Distressed Behaviour
  • Cognitive and Functional changes
  • Meaningful Engagement
  • Staff Interaction
  • Family and Loved Ones
  • Training Needs Analysis and Actions
