Our mission is to empower care staff through leadership development, rigorous training, and expert consultancy. I have been nurisng for 40 years, and have seen great change in the delivery of dementia care, I would say for the better. I have been nursing in mental health,primary, secondary, acute and social care, both as a clinical leader and educator. I have taught global students at Derby and Coventry University Online. I have developed numerous courses iclusing some specifically in palliative care. I am a Dementia Practice Development Coach, and aim to us this accreditation to teach the next group of dementia leaders
